I wanted to blog about this book in particular because of how close it hits home. All of my books have a lot of my heart in them, but I've never written about characters that are very distinctly artists.

This year I have the absolute honor of being an attending author at a new book convention in Hershey, Pennsylvania called Tales as Dark as Time. This weekend I have the absolute honor of being at the Amelia Island Book Festival—both as a signing author and as a workshop host. From 2pm-2:40pm I will be giving a free, hands-on fiction workshop on how to write cinematic descriptions.
